Nabankur Roy has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Vivekananda College since 2nd May, 2017. He has completed his Graduation from Siliguri College in 2009 and Masters Degree from North Bengal University in 2011.

Indian English Literature, Renaissance Literature, Children Literature, Post Colonial Literature, Post Independence Indian English Literature and Ecocriticism.
More than 6 years Teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Vivekananda College. More than 3 years Teaching experience as a Guest Lecturer in Kalipada Ghosh Tarai Mahavidyalaya.
Presented a paper on "Use of Animal Imagery in the selected works of Kamala Das" in an International Conference on South Asian Literature, Culture and Society organised by Dept of English and Dept of History, Barabazar B.T.M College on 27th and 28th February, 2019
